❖ Weather conditions: TGTE is not responsible for adverse weather conditions that may affect the route. In case of cancellations or modifications due to climate phenomena, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

❖ Food intolerances and allergies: It is the client’s responsibility to inform in advance of any intolerance or food allergy.

❖ Client responsibility: TGTE is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents the client may suffer during the route, programmed activities, or any other circumstance arising from their participation in the trip. Premium insurance included. (Check conditions)

❖ Changes due to closures or schedule modifications: TGTE is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by facility closures, schedule changes, or adjustments in operations due to seasonal or special events. Alternatives will be proposed based on availability.

❖ Late arrival at activities: It is the client’s responsibility to arrive punctually to scheduled activities. In case of delay, the activity will be considered canceled with no refund.

❖ Official schedules and changes outside schedule: Activities will follow official schedules. If the client wishes to make changes or schedule activities outside these hours, an extra charge may apply, subject to availability. Advance consultation is recommended.

❖ Confirmation voucher: Once the booking is reconfirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary along with confirmation of all included services. Throughout the route, the client must carry the confirmation (paper or digital) to present at establishments.

❖ TGTE reserves the right to modify or change activities without prior notice to ensure the quality of the tour.



❖ Published prices are subject to change due to external factors, such as occupancy, limited availability of certain services, or changes in supplier conditions. Prices and availability will be reconfirmed at the time of booking. If the client disagrees with the final price, they may cancel within 48 hours at no cost and receive a full refund of the deposit.
